Skirt Inspirations!

Tired of buying normal, and usually ugly store-bought skirts? Why not make your own? The great thing about making your own clothes is that they can look however you want them to. When I go to make a new skirt I type in "skirts" on Google images and take a look at a variety of them to see what kind of style I may want to use. Instead of doing your own search, we have compiled a long gallery of images for you!

Pincushions!

These are some pincushions I found from around the web. Perhaps interesting enough to inspire you to stop using that storebought tomato pincushion and make your own!

















Here's something I was inspired to create. I saw something similar online. The fun part of DIY sometimes is trying to figure out how other people made something so that you can do it yourself!

I'm 22, a senior in college in the Pre-education Psychology Bachelor's program. I'm Christian, I have a beautiful baby girl, and a wonderful husband. We live in Oregon. I love everything outdoors including: caving, snowboarding, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, off-roading, traveling, camping, fishing, hiking, stargazing, rock hounding, and kayaking (so far just in the pool... haven't been white-water or ocean yet). My other interests include: Bible study, photography, writing, playing guitar, blogging, DIY, playing with my daughter, and spending time with my best friend (hubby), graphics manipulation with Adobe Photoshop.
